AgileCxO.org (AgileCxO.org) an Institute for Agile Leadership that studies agile leadership and builds agile performance models, training, and organizational certifications for large agile organizations, today announced a new partner program in Greater China aimed at increasing the adoption of enterprise agile across the region.

The AgileCxO Transformation Partner Program in China will expand the ability for companies that provide consulting, coaching, training, or technology services to help clients conquer large-scale agile in China, where according to Forrester’s “China Tech Market Outlook, 2018-2019” report ⁽¹⁾, technology spending could reach $234 billion in 2018, up 8%.

Much of the growth, Forrester reported, is due to strong growth in software, consulting, and outsourcing. But challenges remain for organizations with these areas of expertise that are attempting to expand the adoption of agile enterprise-wide. According to the Version One “State of Agile” survey ⁽²⁾, which includes survey responses from Chinese companies, 80% say they are “still maturing” with agile, 63% say corporate philosophy conflicts with core agile values, and 60% have less than half of their teams actually practicing agile.

“There are many compelling reasons for technology services providers, coaches and consultants in China to become AgileCxO Transformation Partners,” Michelle Rausch, Chief Operating Officer at AgileCxO, said. “The AgileCxO Transformation Partner Program offers them the ability to grow their revenue by offering new services, such as organizational assessments, certifications, training, and coaching, using the Agile Performance Holarchy (APH)®, which will help their clients build, sustain, and evaluate enterprise agile performance.”

The APH is an organizational operating system for Agile leaders developed by AgileCxO.  Only licensed AgileCxO Transformation Partners are authorized to conduct APH assessments, which benchmark organizational agile performance against three performance levels: Adopting, Transforming, and Mastering.  Companies certified by AgileCxO Transformation Partners will be listed in AgileCxO’s APH Certified Assessed Organizations Directory.
