Navneet Goenka Glitzkoin CEO, Sponsors Charity Event At Orphanage
This was surely not the first charity event for children that, diamond veteran and blockchain promoter Navneet Goenka has sponsored. Earlier events for the benefit of children, were sponsored in India and Malaysia.
In the CEO’s words, ‘…It is time that businesses started caring about the society in which they operate. Children need to be given an opportunity no matter, what their religion or socio economic background… ’.
The St. Catherine Of Siena School And Orphanage in Bombay (India), is well known for its outstanding role in child welfare. Over 200 destitute children and orphans, are provided with free accommodation and schooling.
Glitzkoin hosted a charity event that focused on providing essential items to the orphanage. Essentials like grains, lentils, cooking oils and towels were donated.
Children at the orphanage were treated to their favorite snacks, this was their day and Glitzkoin was proud to be part of it. The smiles on the little faces showed that, they thoroughly enjoyed the food.
The event was organized along with Aarambh a leading NGO that, works for the betterment of women and children in rural areas of India. Commenting on his association with Aarambh, the CEO said, ‘… We had earlier worked with this NGO on a project to help, needy school children in a remote part of India. I am personally impressed by their dedication and organizational capabilities and will, surely be involving them in future projects’.
