New York, NY – Hollywood Area Industry Creative Director Leland Yeshua DeWayne, a longtime resident of New York City, returned to the East Coast last Tuesday morning. The executive arrived per usual via the Liberty International Airport’s private strip on the Jersey-side, traveling to the Droyers Point Reach Helipad; he had minimal luggage arriving via helicopter at the Newport Helistop, taking the Holland Tunnel into Lower Manhattan. Leland DeWayne has leased an apartment in the Bowery district of the borough for several years. However, this week, for what locals would refer to as a little more than a New York minute, Manhattan got to play the role of Westeros honoring the final season of ‘Thrones.’

The executive arrived at his penthouse apartment just as sunrise peaked over the Big Apple, after stopping by a neighborhood Starbucks. He stayed for only some short hours, arriving around 9:40 a.m. at the United Nations Headquarters close to him home. Confirmed, he was there attending the U.N. leadership conference for World Autism Awareness Day, held Tuesday, April 2nd from 10:00-1:00 p.m. ET; he left at approximately 1:30 for snacks at the local Wafels & Dinges eatery, just a few blocks away.

Leland Yeshua DeWayne recently gained mainstream-media notoriety after featuring in the fall 2018 issue of the United Nations’ (UNESCO) governmental subscribed magazine, Renewable Energy. Appearing as U.S. local news networks’ nightly entertainment cover, his features obtained publishing by major newspapers, such as the Minneapolis Star. Recognized by the United Nations (UNICEF), the creative director’s non-profit corporation ReTreat, Corp. (estd. 2017) made global contributions in child welfare, bioorganic wellness, renewable resources, and space market advancement last year.

Leland DeWayne, known within the Los Angeles area for his philanthropic support, attended the Autism Speaks Annual Fashion Gala: Into The Blue at the Beverly Hills Hotel. The event, held October 4th of 2018, provided the executive a more moderate tone. Witnessed that evening with area friend and fellow activist Corinne Foxx, he made admirable contributions supporting the organization’s purpose. Representatives for Variety magazine spoke with DeWayne at the event, “[Leland] did say he was slightly tired, having flown home earlier that day from London City Royal Docks private airport into the Van Nuys private airport [of] northern Los Angeles County.” (Pittsburg Post).

Television fantasy drama fans uncontrollably scrambled amid New York’s boroughs last week, with six Iron Thrones placed throughout New York City. As host of the network’s series premiere, the metropolitan area was one of several token cities to globally feature HBO’s ‘Thrones’ scavenger hunt, giving the world a spin on the popularized Easter Egg Hunts of the upcoming April holiday season. Brazil, Canada, England, Spain, and Sweden are among countries also included in the network’s worldwide scavenger hunt. Bringing the total to sixteen thrones, the last one found at a park in Queens.

The executive left his Lower Manhattan penthouse later that evening, eating at the Japanese Minca restaurant of Lower East Side, Manhattan April 2nd. An unknown female guest attended him around 9:15; later entering a black Cadillac Escalade SUV, they headed towards Central Park. He arrived back in his neighborhood around 2 a.m. with the same guest, stopping for sweets at the popular Creperie NYC desserterie restaurant.

Wednesday, April 3rd, Leland DeWayne returned the United Nations Headquarters, attending a second portion (Session: 5 and 6) of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals conference regarding The 2030 Agenda. He also attended the U.N. Global Citizens Music Festival: Mandela 100 supporting the same Agenda in Johannesburg, South Africa during December of 2018.

“There was certainly something in the air: a massive replica of the Iron Throne, towering over Rockefeller Center — a much deadlier totem than the Christmas tree that lights up the area in December.” (Hollywood Reporter)

The ‘city of lights’ was all lights, with cameras flashing on Manhattan’s 6th Avenue just below the metropolis’ infamous Central Park. Hollywood’s Red Carpet unrolled as a foliage of precious textiles and metals covering the corridors and access-ways beneath this majestic “Concrete Jungle”. The executive was one of many who attended the April 3rd premiere hosted by the Radio City Music Hall.

Game of Thrones stars reunited as former and present cast arrived, creating a special moment on the red carpet and marking a tearful send-off to the show’s final season. HBO only announced the sixth episode or eighth season as the show’s final release, with multiple endings, weeks ago.

Among the characters resurrected from the dead, fan favorites include Khal Drogo (Jason Mamoa), Lord Eddard Stark of House Stark (Sean Bean) and Ygritte (Rose Leslie). Oberyn Martell, played by Pedro Pascal, famously met his death in season 4 of the series. The character received a red carpet tribute by the actor, who reenacted the scene for fans last Wednesday night. “Pascal seems to get huge enjoyment from his character’s legacyand recreated his death scene rather graphically on last night’s red carpet.” (Harpers Bazaar).

The Home Box Office and WarnerMedia Entertainment series Game of Thrones will air its eighth and final season at 9 p.m. on the HBO Network Sunday, April 14th, 2019.

“Leland DeWayne is an affluently distinguished local figure to [much of the] United States, whose energy has reached a multi-city depth across the entire nation. His creative direction consistently oversees the initial productions, involving a mass variety of projects, within many of the foundational Hollywood Californian area industries. He is a highly noted [Multi-Coast] philanthropist and worldwide visionary director.” (ABC4 | Honolulu)

As well, the executive attended several other awards shows, events, and premieres in the U.S. over the past months. He recently attended the premiere of Marvel’s Captain Marvel and the 2019 NAACP Image Awards both held at Hollywood, California’s Dolby Theatre; he attended the 2019 NBA All-Star Weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina as well as the Ultra Music Festival in Miami March 29th.

Leland DeWayne is major supporter of the NBA and the U.S.’s sports entertainment industry. He enjoyed popcorn and soda courtside Sunday, the night of April 7th, at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, California. The executive attended the final home game of the Golden State Warriors’ current NBA basketball season. He is expected to be attending the Coachella Music Festival this weekend in support of Universal Republic Records recording artist Ariana Grande. “Having led the creation on 4 of Ariana Grande’s last 5 album projects, [he delivered] exceptional creative contributions to both the Thank You Next and Sweetener albums.” (Bloomberg).
