Cherrystone Auctions has hosted three successful stamp sales within the first three months of this year. The company has already auctioned over 4,300 lots this year and is planning more stamp auctions in the course of the year.

NEW YORK CITY, New York – Cherrystone Auctions has enjoyed an early run of success in the first three months of 2019. The company hosted three successful public stamp auctions in January, February, and March this year.

Cherrystone Auctions has started 2019 with great success and good fortune. The New York stamp house has already held three successful public stamp sales within the first three months of this year. Cherrystone Auctions has published all the prices realized in its January, February, and March 2019 on its website. All the prices realized are excellent and all the 4,300+ featured lots were sold off. The January 8-9, 2019: U.S. and Worldwide Stamps & Postal History public stamp sale featured 1,678 lots. Some of the lots fetched several thousand dollars each while each of the rest were auctioned for several hundred dollars.

The February 20-21, 2019: The Winterfell Collection of German Occupation, The Pottow Collection of Great Britain and the Kulczycky Collection of Western Ukraine auction featured 1,405 lots. All the lots were sold and a good number fetched over ten thousand dollars each. Many of Cherrystone’s stamp auction items were sold for several thousand dollars each and the rest fetched several hundred dollars each.

Cherrystone Auctions had 1,577 lots in the March 12-13, 2019: U.S. & Worldwide Stamps & Postal History auction. All the featured lots were auctioned and good number fetched tens of thousands of dollars each. The other lots were sold for thousands and hundreds of dollars each. According to these figures, Cherrystone Auctions has had a very successful 2019. The company is now preparing to host its fourth public sale this year of U.S. and Worldwide Stamps and Postal History on May 7-8, 2019.
