For the Technical Training Manager, NeoDocto is looking for the candidates with proven work experience in the same position or as a technical trainer or any other similar role. Also, NeoDocto expects that the applicants must have the right experience in developing technical course content not just for novices, but also for experts with technology. The applicants should also have knowledge of web-based learning platforms and modern teaching techniques.
For the Training Facilitator position, NeoDocto expects that the candidates should have the experience either in the same position or as training coordinator or similar role. They should have hands-on experience with Learning Management Software. Further, NeoDocto expects that the applicant should have a complete knowledge not just traditional, but also modern educational techniques.
