Founder of Mom Life Manual Juanita Clare launches her new book titled Tre Goes Swimming to represent the diverse children
Juanita Clare, the founder of Mom Life Manual, a website that provides information related to motherhood and answers a variety of questions that pregnant women and new mothers might have about motherhood, has launched her new book titled, “Tre Goes Swimming” on Amazon.com. It is the first book in the series titled “The Adventures of a Little Boy Named Tre”, and the second book called Tre’s Plane Adventure will be released on Amazon soon.
Tre Goes Swimming is a book about a proud little boy with a gap in his teeth who loves to eat sandwiches and chips. He wakes up each morning not knowing exactly how the day will go. In this particular book, he goes to the pool with his mother. He talks about swimming and water safety. The book is illustrated beautifully, accompanied by an intriguing storyline that takes the kids on an exciting adventure along with the main character, Tre.
Juanita observed the lack of ethnicity in the children’s book section which inspired her to write this book series that features the main character as a boy of color. “I wanted to create an educational book my son and diverse children could relate to. I both wrote and illustrated the book and have a second one in the works”, says Juanita. The second book, of the series will follow Tre on his further adventures, where he travels cross-country to reunite with his father. In this book, he talks about airport practice, introduces transit verbiage, and supplies familiarity to children when flying. This book series will enable children to learn important stuff, in a fun manner.
Juanita’s website Mom Life Manual helps uncertain mothers get answers to questions and learn more about motherhood. Before becoming the mother of two beautiful children, Juanita lost her first-born daughter due to early delivery and pre-mature lungs. It took her several years before she could think about becoming a mother again and having gone through such phase, she decided to help other women in understanding various aspects of pregnancy and motherhood, which gave birth to the idea of Mom Life Manual.
