About La Remedy
Miami-raised, Haiti-born DJ/Producer La Remedy electrifies fans and audiences nationwide with his original big-room, progressive-house sounds. Falling in love with music production at the ripe age of twelve, La Remedy initially derived his inspiration from his native roots, primarily annual Haitian carnivals that brought the people of his hometown together through dance. “I was surrounded by music – it’s part of our culture, that’s how I fell in love with the sounds of house.”
He began doing music production at his local church, then in his home, and eventually began streaming his sounds to popular outlets SoundCloud, Spotify, and Apple Music, where he has experienced tremendous success. His first single, ‘Escape’, released in March of 2017, has over 27,000 plays to-date, and was followed by ‘Euphoria’, which climbed massively to over 116,000 downloads in just six months. With live shows all over the Florida, Georgia, and Chicago areas, Remedy’s nationwide recognition steadily grows as his production only further evolves. Artists he draws inspiration from include Tiesto, Borgeous, and Martin Garrix.
