YOUNG HEROES UNDEFEATED FOUNDATION LAUNCHES KICKSTARTER CAMPAIGN FOR ITS FIRST COMIC BOOK
New York City, NY, USA – June 4, 2019 – Young Heroes Undefeated Foundation has proudly announced that the wait is over, and it is finally releasing its first comic book in September 2019 for the special children. The inspiring foundation is dedicated to entertaining children with special needs and it uses its comics as a platform to do so. Moreover, the foundation has also launched a crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter to raise funds and support for this inspiring project, and it is welcoming parents, caregivers and organizations from around the world for their generous backing and support.
“By creating original comics for children with special needs, our foundation also raises funds and donations that are used to send these kids on free vacations,” said Robert Cornegy III, the CEO and Co-Founder of YHU, while talking about the foundation’s aim. “In addition to the release of our first comic book, we also have an upcoming event with Harley Davidson on July 20th,” he added. According to Robert, the Kickstarter campaign to raise funds and support for this book will be launched on August 1st, 2019. Moreover, the foundation not only sends special children on free vacations, but also sends their families or caregivers alongside them to enjoy the trip.
Based in New York, this inspiring foundation is dedicated to children with special needs and it brings strength, support, and relief for such kids. Children with disabilities and their families always need constant support through the mediums of travel and comics, which is provided to them by the quality content created by this foundation. This inspiring organization was co-founded by Robert Cornegy III in January 2018 and he was inspired by an eye-opening conversation that he had in late 2017 with his best friend and YHU co-founder, Jamaal. Jamaal is the father of a special child and he knows the struggles of parents and caregivers of children with disabilities. Both co-founders also thanked everyone for backing their campaign on Kickstarter.
“We are creating customized original comic book series for children with disabilities and long-term stays in hospitals,” said Robert Cornegy III, while talking about the mission of his foundation. “We also aim to extend the discourse of self-empowerment and confidence to the youth of the special needs community through positive representation in comics and accommodated travel,” he added. The foundation is offering a wide range of rewards for the backers of its Kickstarter campaign, which also include free vacations for special kids and their families, and much more.
