To talk about it and the future of its offer, Vaibhav Vats, who offered us a fascinating interview:

Q1: How did the road to becoming the only certified company of its kind today started?

A1: Back in 2013, we came across a hitherto emerging reality. Due to the new technologies and communication channels, a specific belief started to spread: that online tutorials will automatically turn anyone into a digital expert — the famous “DIY” method.

However, not all people have what it takes to carry a marketing campaign according to their branch or to find the right strategy for their business, right from the start. That’s why we decided to gather our experiences and create an initiative that would give real foundation to the marketing knowledge and elevate the industry towards a new status.

Q2: How would you describe your role within Digiperform and its value?

A2: I am in charge of directing the training plan for students in our 40 centers. I maintain a practical approach to everything that Digiperform involves, including projects and any other issue related to the development of more sustainable marketing strategies. And yet, I am lucky to work with a wide range of talented people who keep me very active thanks to following a pre-established curriculum.

Such “guideline” focuses on the use of more than 100+ Live Tools with which, those who train, can get to understand in depth the industry and the principles of planning, as well as to assume the challenges that are present currently.

Of course, this magic wouldn’t work if I didn’t have Manu Jolly as a partner since we complement each other brilliantly and my contributions tend to go well because of how well-grounded his vision is. Something that students usually appreciate.

Q3: Which is your favorite moment in your business?

A3: The good thing about working in an organization specializing in marketing issues is that the industry is continually evolving, making it always attractive. I enjoy witnessing how our students grow alongside, generating results like the award.

Q4: What do you think is an essential element taught in Digiperform 2019?

A4: Well … in a 30-module program – in which we condensed the most important aspects of marketing- it is difficult to name a single constituent setting a benchmark above the others. But speaking from a general point of view, I would say teaching to think about how they can add value to the client without “selling” anything. Of course, conversion is always the ultimate goal of marketing. However, users don’t want to feel victimized by advertising campaigns. We are forced to think about the quality and not quantity.

From there, they must learn to create strategies based on transmedia, taking into account different channels such as videos, images or text, relying mainly on the knowledge we impart about the more than 100+ tools for experts, but always keeping the focus on helping potential customers.

Q5: What advice would you give to people just starting with an online business?

A5: A lot of people talk about the future, but I think we should focus on the present since we have to start working from now on. The best way to go is to clearly define what we are going to do and how, with whatever resources we have.

Something fundamental is perseverance since often given the long-term character of the subject, we don’t show enough patience for the results, so having “faith” in our excellent work should be something to consider. I consider that in Digiperform, we have optimized this experience to the maximum levels.
