June 6, 2019 – Dr. Roberto Diomedi, the President of the Bolton Group, has set his eyes firmly on the future. Growing up in Italy and now residing in the UAE, Dr. Diomedi is actively promoting new technologies such as blockchain in the commodities marketplace through new ventures such as the Bolton Coin and the Niwix project.
On April 8, 2019, Dr. Diomedi spoke to a young and eager audience about how blockchain and new technologies will shape the economy and the fintech industry. The location was the UN headquarters in New York, where he was an invited speaker for a ‘lection magistralis’.
Dr. Diomedi serves as the President of the Bolton Holding Group, which has renowned as an alternative investment group trading in gold, diamonds, rare earth commodities, and having interests in financial services, robotics, blockchain and artificial intelligence. Dr. Diomedi carries over 25 years of experience in areas such as international private banking, wealth management, wealth and tax planning and company formation. His specialty lies in asset management, and his clients are spread over Europe, MENA and West Africa. He carries significant expertise with ICOs, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, as well as banking investment, trading, insurance and sales. Dr. Diomedi holds a Certificate in Finance and Investment Management and has a PHD in Major Finance from USA and UK. He recently received Laurea Honoris Causa Science Finance from Universitas Sancti Cyrilli in Malta.
