Dubai, U.A.E. – LEADWomen have revealed their exciting line up of key note speakers, following the launch of the LEADWomen ”Leadership, Empowerment & Happiness Conference 2019.”

Working with women across the Middle East, Asia and Africa, LEADWomen are delighted to bring together the best and brightest women in their fields over two days. Taking place between 4-5 December, in Dubai, the conference will address key issues and challenges women face in their professional lives and provide solutions to ensure they not only succeed – but lead.

The LEADWomen “Leadership, Empowerment & Happiness Conference 2019” will host 12 keynote speakers.  The initial cohort of speakers and panelist’sincludes women from government, industry, science and technology. LEADWomen are excited to bring these representatives together and hear their inspiring stories. The eminent speakers will give talks that address the three themes of the conference “Leadership, Empowerment & Happiness” and the significance of these areas in their personal and professional lives.

Amongst the speakers, LEADWomen will be hosting Asil Attar, CEO of Damas Jewellery on Wednesday 4 December. Cited by Forbes Middle East as one of the Middle East’s 100 Most Inspiring Women 2018, Asil Attar is considered by her peers as a leading light in the stride towards women’s empowerment in the Middle East. Having worked with leading brands across the fashion industry Asil Attar has a demonstrated track record of leading and transforming business and brands and is the perfect speaker to instils and inspire change.

On Thursday 5 December, renowned psychologist Professor Leonard Yong will take to the stage, and provide a keynote speech on Emotional Intelligence. Considered by those in the scientific community as a pioneer in the field of emotional intelligence, Professor Yong will give insight into how emotional intelligence impacts our professional decision making. Professor Yong’s keynote speech is an unmissable opportunity for any woman who is seeking to understand how to harness her emotional intelligence and succeed.

LEADWomen are also excited to announce that Mae Al Mozaini, who leads the Regulatory Affairs team at Saudi Aramco, will also be in attendance. Mae is the founder and CEO of The Arab Institute of Women’s Empowerment and sits on several advisory boards that seek to provide opportunities for women’s development and youth engagement in the Middle East.
