Frustrated with the hassle of carrying multiple drinks with flimsy cardboard carriers and the lack of better alternatives, Memphis entrepreneur Natalie Boyatt took matters into her own hands. She created Bevee, a US-patented 12-capacity foldable, reusable drink carrier.
Boyatt spent years developing her product, working on several prototypes while focusing on design and functionality. Her requirements were simple. It must be durable, compact, and easy to use.
Bevee has a grid design with 12 slots for standard-sized cups and four for condiments or keys. Boyatt utilized contouring silicone inserts and a hard outer shell to secure each individual beverage. The product has a single-grip handle for easy transportation and a locking mechanism that keeps it upright. Bevee can carry 25 pounds.
In 2020, Boyatt had her breakthrough moment. She connected with Sage Business Advisors, a consulting firm helping entrepreneurs market their ideas. Backed by their expertise and a venture fund, Boyatt was able to take Bevee into production and officially start working on launching her product.
Boyatt fired her corporate job, grew her team, and fully dedicated herself to growing Bevee as a brand. Almost seven years in the making, Bevee is ready to revolutionize how people carry and transport drinks.
